ROOMMATE is reforming the current stroke rehabilitation pathway to relieve pressure on health and care facilities.
Aims
The projects aims to improve the stroke rehabilitation pathway by combining already accessible, high quality and sustainable technological solutions. Additionally, the project aims to coach patients to use these technologies at home by themselves.
(Expected) results
By combining these technologies and by coaching, the project aims to overcome barriers such as low health and digital literacy. In this way, the project contributes to the transition of care and supports the delivery of the right care at the right time.
